Peppers looks exactly like my Midge. I adopted Midge 13 or so years ago from the Southwest Washington Humane Society. Her name was Ewok. I just found it so odd because Midge has always been the center of attention whenever she goes out because of how odd she looks, adorable but odd. Between the vets, groomers and people on the streets we have not been able to come up with a designation on her breed. Just wondering if you've made any guesses on your dogs parents.
